Our mission is to provide educational enrichment opportunities, life and leadership training and cultural exchanges to empower young Brazilians and Americans to realize their full potential.

By participating in the BRAYCE Program young Brazilian leaders learn English, are inspired and empowered to continue their education, learn leadership and life skills that allow them to embark on challenging careers and build a future. American interns gain first-hand social and culturally sensitive perspectives, enhanced language skills, confidence in teaching and leading others as well as increasing their potential for graduate studies and future job opportunities.

BRAYCE offers a proven pathway of educational enrichment projects and incentives for some of these young Brazilians to develop a better life. The strategy is to minimize school drop-outs, build self-esteem, focus the energies on completing their education and wean them away from distractions that lead them into lives of violence and crime. Brazilian interns, with leadership education and practical experience complimented by functional English, are far better positioned for well paid employment, career advancement and/or college. BRAYCE provides the opportunity for young American interns having a commitment to social responsibility to gain important insights and perspectives by developing, teaching and leading community service projects in Brazil. In addition to improving their language skills, they gain enhanced graduate study and career prospects. This cultural exchange broadens the horizons of both sets of interns, allowing them to tackle the hardships in the favela communities.

BRAYCE works with established and esteemed youth development and leadership training organizations in Brazil and the United States.
